Outlook is an email medium that allows us to be communicated with other people, also allows us to put an image (photo), a name to our profile or if we use our Outlook account for work purposes, we can have a logo That identifies us as a company. Here’s how to change Outlook main photo:

How to add an image or photo in Outlook:

  1. Open where you say to contact you want.
  2. Click the Home tab.
  3. In the Options group,
  4. Click Image
  5. Click on the link that says Add Image.
  6. Locate the location of the image you want to add.
  7. Double-click the file name so that the image appears.
  8. Save changes.

How to Remove an Image in Outlook

  1. In Contacts.
  2. Open the desired contact.
  3. On the Contact tab.
  4. Click Options.
  5. Then where it says Image.
  6. Click Remove Image.
  7. Save Changes.

Change Outlook main photo

  1. Go to contacts.
  2. Open the desired contact.
  3. On the Contact tab.
  4. Go to the Options group.
  5. Click Image.
  6. Click Change Picture.
  7. Find the image you want to use instead of the previous one.
  8. Double-click the file name to change the image.
  9. Save changes.
